Registration Part One

The information provided in Part One is for conference planning only.
Part One does NOT include payment for registration or accommodation at the Hilton.
That will be accomplished in Part Two (payment of your registration fee) and Part Three (booking your accommodation at the Hilton). If you do not want to register online, or wish to register 3 people at once, please use the mail-in registration form available for download HERE.

NOTE TO SPONSORS: Sponsoring organizations must use a special form to register their delegates who are covered by the complimentary registrations granted for the given sponsorship level. That form can be found HERE.

NOTE ON FORM: Payee is the person who will be paying SETC 2012 registration fees. If you are paying for your own registration, please also enter your information as Attendee #1.
