The Southeastern Equestrian Trails Conference runs from Thursday, July 12th (an optional workshop day) through Saturday, July 14th. Friday and Saturday are the main conference sessions and feature speakers from across the country.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS
There are options to register for Thursday workshops, Friday and Saturday conference sessions as a package, or single day conference registrations for either Friday or Saturday. Prices for each of the options are listed at the bottom of this page.
If you are registering one or two people, you may register online or use the mail-in registration form. If you are registering for three or more people, you can either go through the online process repeatedly (two people registered for each time through) or you can use the mail-in form. REGISTRATION PROCESS
Online
If you register online, it is a three-step process:
1. Provide attendee information for use by conference committee
2. Pay conference fees
3. Make hotel reservations (optional)
You will receive a credit card receipt if you pay online.
Mail-in
If you register by sending registration form in the mail:
1. We will email you that we have received your registration
2. We will confirm the amount either in the check or charged to your credit card
3. We will email (if possible) or mail a conference package

LODGING
All attendees must make their own hotel reservations. The conference hotel is the Hilton Downtown Lexington, and there is a conference rate of $89.00 (plus tax) which is valid for reservations made by June 20, 2012.

Parking at The Downtown Hilton
The Hilton provides free parking in an adjacent structure to those who overnight there. Conference registrants who are not staying at the Hilton will receive a voucher for free parking from the SETC registration table. The clearance of the Hilton parking structure is 6’6″. There is a a special parking lot for oversize vehicles. Conference attendees with oversize vehicles should check with the hotel registration desk for directions to the lot.

DEADLINES
All conference registrations must be received by July 7, 2012.
Conference registrations received after July 7, 2012 will not include meals.
All lodging reservations must be made by June 20, 2012 to take advantage of conference rate.

There is no early bird discount on single day registrations.
